DREAM HIGH.

A Decorator's Dream High Above Locust Point.

140 years ago Silo Point housed wooden grain elevators. They were destroyed by fire in 1922. Within a year the B&O Railroad constructed new concrete grain elevators which were the largest and fastest in the world. For more than 75 years, the B&O grain elevator was a symbol of Baltimore's industrial strength in the world market.

Turner Development acquired the B&O Railroad Grain Elevator in 2005 and converted the building and silos into what they are today, luxury condominiums. Twelve of the original 187 concrete silos have been incorporated into the final design preserving and showcasing the history of the building.

The Decorators' Show House is 23 and 24 stories above Locust Point offering an incredible 360 degree view of Baltimore's skyline, including Fort McHenry where "The Star Spangled Banner" will celebrate its 200th anniversary this fall.

This year's show house is a condominium that features nearly 5000 square feet of luxury. From a large living room that boasts windows on three sides to a loft with a nautical theme and a master bedroom that defines comfort and beauty, this year's show house brings many decorator ideas for consideration.
